I started taking Xango about 6 months ago. At that time I was Hot flashing about 18 hours a day. I was very depressed and my hormones were out of wack!
Within two weeks my hot flashes were reduce to a few a day and now if I take one shot before I go to sleep and not at all the rest of the day, I have no hot flashes and no lack of sleep! I could not recommend it more highly!
I've even tried to not take it on purpose to see if it was just in my head, and every time I get hot flashes!
What amazes me is that if I went to a doctor they would of recommended estrogen replacement or plant based estrogen.
It's saved my mental health at this time in my life!
