I am a type-2 diabetic. I am 62. I have been taking mangosteen juice since December 2002. My blood sugar was running 210 - 240 before taking the product, and now it s running 110 - 160. The only thing I have been doing different is taking 2 oz. of mangosteen juice each day. After breakfast I take an ounce, and after lunch I take an ounce. it took 60 to 90 days before I saw any improvement in my sugar reading, but mangosteen juice has definitely helped me.
